Just an outline on what is available for you on indoor and outdoor training sessions, one-to-one or with a partner and group sessions!

               ONE-TO-ONE

          

We know everyone comes in all different shapes, sizes, has strong and weak points. I will have an evaluation on our 1st session to find what programme suits you best. So don´t be nervous on the 1st meeting, we will find out what is best for both of us and in time, with dedication, the fitness regime will be stepped up more and more to accompany you.

 

               INDOOR OR OUTDOOR TRAINING SESSIONS

I can come to your home, so we can train in your own environment. But if you prefer to be outside, we can always go to the nearest park, specially if the weather is really hot that day. It does not matter to me, as long as you feel happy and comfortable. Also I

do have access to a gym, it has the facilities we need to maximise your training session.

                   KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

 

 I specialize in: Cardio fitness, it is a massive strong attribute I have, self-defence I have boxing  experince of 11 years. Honestly, there is not much I dont know about the human anatomy, I have a wide range of knowledge in nutrition as well.

                    GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS

 

Group sessions, for all your partners and friends who would like to join in. I have the beautiful experience of training groups of up to 20 people. So it does not matter to me as many people you want to bring. Another beautiful English saying. " More the merry ya".
